Sound Healing Journey w/ Michael Steinke
Michael Steinke is a sound healing musician that uses a variety of instruments to help guide the body into a relaxing and restorative state. He weaves these experiences together using large gongs, singing bowls, drums, Hang Bal, didgeridoo, and more. Michael will be offering this experience at Resonance Yoga Collective on Make Music Day. All are welcome to step out of the sun and inside the cozy, air conditioned space. Take a quick break or stay and rest for the whole show. Props and mats will be provided to rest on as you listen to the layers of music that resonate throughout the space.
