Marbrisa

Detroit-native Marbrisa incorporates Latin, jazz, funk, and folk into her musical performances. Marbrisa started her musical journey in Latin America at age 23. As an ambitious self taught musician, she got her chops by accompanying the locals on their busking trips throughout buses, street markets, and local cafeterias. For this reason, she attributes the two and half years living in Guatemala as her main form of music school.
