Julie Sorcek
Julie Sorcek is an accomplished musician, performing on flute, saxophone, ukulele and vocals. She performs rock, pop & country music with the trio On the Road Again, and swing, Great American Songbook standards & jazz with both the band SwingSet and the duo Fluke. Julie is a veteran of the Connecticut folk music scene for many years, having played with contra dance bands Wry Bred and Boom Chicks. She is also a member of the Celtic group Fiddleuisce, and the Bethel Ukulele Group (BUG). Julie is in demand as a “sideman” on flute & harmony vocals at Danbury, CT area open mics.
