Andy Carter
Andy Carter is Professor Emeritus in mathematics at Roosevelt University. He is also a founding board member of the Resource Center, serves on the local school council at the William Ray School, and is a member of the Jackson Park Advisory Council. He has performed at events all over Hyde Park and Chicago. He is a musician, activist, professor, gardener, and writer. He performed at the Harold Washington for Mayor Campaigns. He invites the audience and other performers to join him in his songs. Andy performs music that brings joy, promotes equity, and helps us shake off the Covid Blues.
