Leo Pastel
I have been singing for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories are of being surrounded by music in the church sanctuary. I am in a family of 6, and all 6 of us (both parents, two brothers, and sister) sing and are musically inclined. When I was in middle school, my dad converted the downstairs of his office building into a recording studio, for the use of him, my siblings, and I. I was in that studio with my friends every day the summer before college. Throughout my first few years in college I was writing and developing my craft. In 2018, after taking a break from school, I released my first single to Streaming services, “Woah” (feat. Muwosi). It gained a lot of traction quickly, and has now amassed over 600,000 streams. Since then I have established myself in the Cincinnati music community, getting multiple nominations for Cincinnati Entertainment Awards, and playing local shows regularly.
