Bourbon & Britches
Lifelong friends, Ron and Mike, decided in 2019 to start playing open mics in the area as "Bourbon and Britches", playing acoustic rock songs. Shortly thereafter, Ron's brother, Jerry joined as a drummer and we began playing as a band. While continuing to perform at open mics, in 2023 Bourbon and Britches released their first EP of original music entitled "Music & Miles", which is available on most major music apps(Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon music). Sets include acoustic based covers of classic rock tunes, with some originals mixed in. Over the past year, we have performed full sets at local venues and events including Sugar Hollow Taproom, Charter Oak Brewing Company, Chappaqua Community Day, Lake Purdys Opening Picnic and Make Music Day.
