Houston School of Irish Music Band
The Houston School of Irish Music is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the performance and appreciation of traditional Irish music and introducing the music to a new generation of players. All ages are welcome. Our group classes meet Sunday afternoons at Houston's University of St. Thomas. We teach the music itself and the heritage and traditions surrounding it. Our Faculty-Student Band presents a few performances each year.
