String Sprouts K.C.
String Sprouts K.C. is a program of Heartland Chamber Music. Specifically designed for underserved children ages 3 - 8, String Sprouts KC is a FREE music education program created to support school readiness. The revolutionary curriculum uses researched-based techniques to build a foundation for future academic success through 32 weekly group violin lessons annually for 5 years. Students are provided with a free violin or cello, 32 weekly small group lessons, quarterly opportunities to perform, quarterly performances by Kansas City Symphony musicians and an annual concert with a symphony orchestra. Come hear these young talented students ages 6-8 perform!
