Pride Ride & City Market Jam
All aboard for the Pride Ride & City Market Jam! This is your ticket to celebrate Kansas City’s LGBTQIA+ community! The free, all-ages fun kicks off at the City Market Streetcar Stop at 5th & Walnut with Sass-a-Brass, a KC street parade jazz band. Hop aboard and take a musical ride around the River Market then follow the Sass-a-Brass parade to City Market for a loud and proud celebration. Grab your partner and cut a rug with KC Swingout, KC’s premier swing dance club. Wear your dancing shoes or cheer them on while you take in the jumpin’ jivin’ scene. Then local LGBTQIA+ band, Jamogi & The Jammers, will take the party to the next level with an energy and sound that brings people together. Look for incredible roller-skating demos from Sk8 Shot Studios, the KC Current Teal Mobile, and raffles and giveaways throughout the evening.
