Mass Appeal, part of Make Music Day, brings together thousands of musicians - of all levels and ages - to make music in large, single-instrument groups. The following free events, open to all, will take place on June 21, 2021.
Make Music Altoona PA Outdoor Ukulele Jam
Come Jam with the Allegheny Ukes! We'll play some of our favorite songs. Stick around and try out a library ukulele, make a kazoo craft, bring an instrument of your own to share! The outside patio is big enough for several small groups to use for outdoor playing.
Music books/music CDs from the Library’s collection will be on display for people to look at and to check out. No signup needed; all ages welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult.
