Mr. Harmonica Man, DeWayne Keyes, returns to Rotary Plaza in front of the Madison Children's Museum to lead his popular group lesson and performance. Mr. DeWayne L. Keyes, a UW-Madison Alum, has been a harmonica performer and instructor since 1976. He has been teaching people how to play the blues harp in the Madison area for almost 40 years, having taught over 3000 people how to play.
