Mass Appeal, part of Make Music Day, brings together thousands of musicians - of all levels and ages - to make music in large, single-instrument groups. The following free events, open to all, will take place on June 21, 2021.
Make Music San Jose My San José Song
Submissions of original, one-minute musical works inspired by San José will be curated by the San José Chamber Orchestra and performed by a variety of musical groups. San José’s own Jackie Gage will be closing out the day with her song “A Secret Place”, which debuted at San José Jazz Summerfest last year. Submit your own song by June 1.
