Second Winds Community Band of McMinnville, OR
The mission of Second Winds Community Band (SWCB) is to provide concert band music for the surrounding area through free concerts, and to provide musical opportunities for area musicians with a desire to continue to use their musical talents. We truly are a "band for all ages".
