greenTONE acappella
greenTONE a cappella is a treble contemporary a cappella group that lives life in Madison, WI. Singing as we navigate “life in the real world,” gT has devoted its vocal talents and contagious sense of fun to serving up a wide range of popular music, covering classic rock to country to current and so much more! Our aca-adventure began in the fall of 2007 when a few UW Tangled Up In Blue alums made up their minds to start a new group that would become one of the inaugural groups of the Contemporary A cappella League, or CAL for short. Since that first fall, we have had the privilege of singing for a wide variety of events that include weddings, holiday parties, the National Anthem for sold-out Brewers Games at American Family Field, flash mobs for several local events, an annual charity-driven holiday concert series at Cave of the Mounds National Natural Landmark, summer concert events, private fundraisers and a whole lot more.
