Newly remodeled, Franklin Sq. in Torrington will be available for buskers to perform in 45 min sets throughout the day. Starting at 10am and ending at 10pm, Rock Yer Block will be coordinating sign ups. There is electricity available and enough space for a full band to create a nice busking circle!
