Nadiia Shushura, Maryna Shushura, Denys Shushura, Kathleen Theisen

The 2:00 hour will feature Nadiia Shushura, violin; Maryna Shushura, violin; Denys Shushura, pan flute and clarinet; and Kathleen Theisen, piano. Nadiia is a gifted violinist and violin teacher in Fairfield County. She and her family came to Connecticut during the war in the Ukraine. Denys is an 8th grade student in Ridgefield. He plays clarinet and pan flute. Maryna is a student at Veteran's Park Elem and plays the violin. You will be deeply moved by their performances! Not to be missed! Kathleen Theisen is the Director of Music at FCC. She is an accomplished pianist, organist, harpsichordist and soprano. She is the principal pianist with Ridgefield Symphony and has played and sung with orchestra and opera companies throughout the northeast. She sang with the Metropolitan Opera Extra Chorus, as well. Theisen is a choral director and music teacher in Darien Public Schools.
