Ridgefield Housing Authority at Ballard Green provides low income housing to seniors or to adults with disabilities. We have an outdoor gazebo that overlooks Ballard Park that is adjacent to Ballard Park and the Alternative High School. It receives a lot of foot traffic as it is in a prime spot.
