The Mystic String Quartet

We are amateur musicians who perform in the community for the love of music. Originally named the Mystic Quarantette, we have been playing together as a quartet since the lockdown of 2020. Since then we have received grant funding from Associated Chamber Music Players, received coaching from violinist/violist Jesse Holstein (Brown University, Community MusicWorks, Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music, New Bedford Symphony Orchestra) and performed in multiple venues in Mystic and New London, including the Meeting House at the Olde Mistick Village.
