Rivertown String Quartet
This event will take place in the Riverfront Library Atrium. The Rivertown String Quartet seeks to bring music to all generations of the community in the spirit of legendary cellist, Pablo Casals, who said: “My first obligation is to the welfare of my fellow man. I will endeavour to meet this obligation through music, since it transcends language, politics and national boundaries.” All performances are free of charge. Any donations may be made to: Cluster Feeding Westchester Quartet members have concertized in Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Across Europe and North America. The members are: Heather Vogel and Lisa Wolfe, violins Elizabeth Nilsen-Baumwoll, viola Amy Camus, cello.
