BOOMBOX Cincinnati are the definitive high energy tribute to that glorious decade of fun and excess otherwise known as the '80s. We mainly play Pop/Rock and New Wave/Alt Rock classics from the late '70s/'80s era. We play everything from Billy Idol to Bon Jovi, The Cars to Cheap Trick, Def Leppard to Duran Duran, Joan Jett to Journey, Prince to Poison, R.E.M. to Rick Springfield, Scandal to The Smithereens, etc. It's fun, it's nostalgic, it brings back memories and it hits you in all the right places...not unlike the soundtrack to that classic John Hughes teen movie you loved.
