Based in Houston, Texas, USA, Chloeinheels has always been described as an old soul. Her bright tone coupled with a modern take on classic American genres like Gospel, Soul and Jazz leads to a unique blend of sound all her own. Chloe recently concluded an artist incubator for young artists in her hometown and is ready to use the skills she’s honed. Her first single, Small, is now available on all platforms.
