Inspired by wide ranging, powerful, and soulful female vocalists like Florence + The Machine, Rachel Price, Amy Winehouse, Laura Marling, and Lianne La Havas, Singer-Songwriter Ariah Noetzel aims to make people’s spirits soar in her writing through wide ranged, haunting melodies, and themes that are often politically/socially inspired. A New York native, Ariah Studied Media at NYU while regularly playing venues across New York City. The “&” of “Ariah &” changes from gig to gig, and in the past they’ve performed as “Ariah & the Mediocre Mops” and “Ariah & the Time Orgy” as well as other silly titles. Their self-titled EP “Ariah &” debuted in 2016 and they’re currently working toward the production of new music.
