Driving Spanish rumba rhythms mixed with spicy Latin grooves create the soundscape for 'Salvo.' Inspired by world fusion - drawing from Flamenco, Spanish/Classical, Latin and Bossa Nova guitar, Salvo plays a mix of original and remixed songs. Salvo (Alan Weintraub) has received acclaim for playing festivals including The Winter Concert Series at Planting Fields, The Camellia Festival, Brooklyn Pride Festival and returns to the Make Music New York Festival as a solo artist this year. Salvo released the album “About Time,” with 'Salvo & Hugo' that presents body moving rhythms and transporting melodies.
